Pre Treatment Care

- Alcohol may thin the blood and increase the risk of bruising and swelling. Do NOT consume alcoholic beverages at least 24 hours prior to the treatment session.
- Do NOT consume blood-thinning medications, if possible, after consulting with your doctor for a period of 2 weeks before treatment.
- You will see the result of the Filler and Botox injections starting approximately 4 to 7 days after the treatment session. Also bruising and swelling may be apparent in that time period, therefore schedule your appointment at least 2 weeks prior to a special event, trip, or ceremony.
- Discontinue Retin-A 2 days before and 2 days after treatment.
- You should not take an injection if you feel cold sore, or if you have a rash or blemish on the treatment area.
- The treatment is not allowed if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

- After Botox injection, do not manipulate the treated area for 3 hours following treatment.
- After Botox injection, do not receive facial/ laser treatments or microdermabrasion after Botox injections for at least 10 days.
- After Botox injection, do not lie down for 4 hours after your Botox treatment. This will prevent the Botox from tracking into the orbit of your eye and causing drooping eyelid. Also do not perform any kind of exercise s for 6 hours after treatment.
- After Filler injection, avoid significant movement or massage of the treated area. Also, avoid any kind of exercise for 24 hours.
- After the Filler injection, avoid extensive sun or heat for 72 hours.
- After the Filler injection, avoid consuming alcohol or salts to avoid excess swelling.
- After the Filler injection, if you have swelling you may apply a cool compress for 15 minutes each hour.
- Try to sleep face up and slightly elevated if you experience swelling.
